From 1 September 2026, Groove Digital continues as the creative label of Unify Group. We now focus entirely on websites and digital products, and we have let go of our marketing services.

Three labels, one office
Unify Group launches with three specialised labels. Chase Marketing takes traffic: advertising, SEO and performance marketing. We take creation: design, development, banners, photography and video. Neuroo takes value: conversion and retention. The three of us serve our clients from one office in Amsterdam.
- Chase Marketing, traffic. Advertising, SEO and performance marketing.
- Groove Digital, creation. Branding, websites, webshops, internal software and digital products.
- Neuroo, value. Conversion rate optimisation and retention.
Each label keeps its own team, its own management and its own responsibility for results. Unify guards the overarching strategy and coordinates when a client question touches more than one discipline. Clients can engage us separately or as one working team.
A positioning, not a sale
For us this is above all a repositioning. We had grown into a full-service provider, and we have cut ourselves back to the discipline we came from.
We build digital experiences. That is it. Everything I collected around it is gone. An agency that offers eight services is not the best in the country at any of those eight, and I saw us becoming that kind of flat agency. That had to stop.
No buyer at the table
What makes this unusual in the current market is how it came about. No investor stepped in and no agency was acquired. We were an independent, trading business, and so were Chase and Neuroo.
When three agencies sit down together, everyone expects the first question to be who buys whom. We never asked it. I did not want to build an exit, I wanted a company I still walk into with pleasure in ten years.
That choice is also a precondition for the rest. Specialisation is more expensive than breadth in the short term, because you give revenue away. With an external return requirement, nobody signs off on that. Then you keep offering everything.
Chase Marketing transferred its website division to us in the other direction. Both of us kept only the field where our core sits.
From a Michelin restaurant to creation
That we treat creation as a craft comes from somewhere few agencies come from. I worked as a host at Restaurant MOS in Amsterdam, a fine dining restaurant with a Michelin star, on a team with one assignment: make a guest's evening land.
Some people save for a year for one of those evenings. You watch them walk out with that experience in their pocket. Then I looked at the website of that same restaurant, and none of it was visible there. That gap is where I started.
That still decides how we look at websites. For a lot of companies the website is the first thing anyone sees of you. It deserves the same care as the rest of your business.
What the label does
We build on Webflow and Shopify, and we are a Webflow Premium Partner and a Shopify Certified Partner. We also run AI workflows, where design moves through automated development into a production environment with a headless CMS.
That acceleration is exactly what makes the building itself less distinctive. The value moves to the choice in front of it.
Every company is in a different growth phase and has different requirements. Which platform fits, how much depth you need, which investment is sensible, and which part of the budget should not go to the website at all. Clients cannot keep up with the technology. We are the layer where their choice gets made.
The rest of the group
Unify Group was founded by Maurits Heringa, who becomes director of the group, Brian de Mijttenaere, who becomes director of Chase Marketing, Omar Ahmed for Neuroo, and myself for Groove Digital. We have shared an office in Amsterdam since February 2026.
Chase Marketing has been an FD Gazelle three years running and appears in the Emerce100 and the FONK150. Neuroo was founded in 2025.
We do not present ourselves as a full-service agency or as a holding company. Acquisitions are not on the agenda.
The ambition
We are aiming for Webflow Enterprise Partner status in the coming years, alongside continuing to build and develop websites for ambitious SMEs. On top of that we are shifting our services towards visibility in AI-driven search environments, and towards branding.
The question we ask ourselves is how our clients will still be found once the website plays a smaller role in how people choose. We want to have that answer before the market asks the question.
