About this project

After six years of growth, fire-suppression specialist Yaena Solutions had an online presence that no longer matched their work. We ran a brand and strategy sprint, turned complex technical detail into no-nonsense copy and shot authentic on-location imagery, delivering a new website in eight weeks that now works as a silent salesperson.

The challenge

After six years of growth, Yaena Solutions faced a problem. Their online presence lagged far behind the reality of their business. They serve leading hospitality chains and facility managers, but the website didn't reflect that quality and expertise. On top of that, the Yaena Solutions and Nobel Fire Systems brands were spread across two separate domains, creating confusion about who delivers what. "Ultimately, we also need to show the outside world the product and quality we represent," says Paul Vermeulen, founder of Yaena Solutions.

The approach

Yaena Solutions is a technical company in a niche market, fire suppression and odour reduction for professional kitchens. The challenge for Groove Digital was to translate complex technical knowledge into a clear, compelling website that speaks directly to both installers and building owners.

We started with a thorough brand and strategy sprint, positioning the three product lines, Nobel Fire Systems, Ozon Blaster and RSL Fire Aerosol, around one central promise: the kitchen keeps running, we make sure it never goes wrong. A key insight from this sprint: many clients don't even know that a fully-fledged, often better-performing alternative exists to the standard on the market. That eyeopener became a running thread through the messaging, focusing on prevention and awareness rather than fear.

To reinforce that message, we brought the two existing domains together into one platform in Webflow, creating a clear structure and a consistent brand experience, while preserving the SEO value the separate domains had already built up.

The technical information was turned into no-nonsense copy that triggers visitors immediately, without jargon, but with full persuasive power. Paul: "You get to the core pretty quickly. That's what triggered me."

A professional content sprint photoshoot delivered authentic imagery straight from practice: installations in professional kitchens, the products in context, and the Yaena team on location. We also developed a video strategy with explainer videos, making the systems' function visually clear within seconds for visitors who'd rather watch than read.

The result

Within eight weeks, a fully new website was live, built around one clear brand promise instead of two separate domains. Paul noticed the impact right away: more visitors, and visitors who immediately understand what Yaena does and why they're the right choice. The website now works as a silent sales team, even when Yaena is part of a larger kitchen project and clients want to convince their own end customer.
