Your Impact
At Groove Digital, you are not simply a salesperson; you are the director of the customer relationship. Your impact begins the moment an ambitious lead comes in. You don't dive straight into the technical details, but start with a Discovery Call in which you uncover the client's current roadblocks (pains) and business objectives (desired outcomes).
You are the bridge between the client's vision and our team's expertise. You coordinate with our specialists to validate the scope and then translate this into a razor-sharp strategic proposal. In doing so, you advise on the correct use of our expertise in branding, design, development, and other online marketing services.
But the launch is only the beginning for you. Where others stop, you go further. You guide the client into the next phase: a long-term partnership in which we look together at opportunities in the field of CRO, Advertising, and SEO. You are the partner who proactively thinks along about how the client's platform can perform better every day. You build long-term relationships with depth, meaning, and value.
What will you do?
- Discovery & Strategy: You dive deep into the business of incoming leads. Where is the pain? Where is the opportunity? You ask the critical questions during the initial introduction.
- Scoping & Proposal: You coordinate internally with our specialists to see if the client's ambitions are feasible. You translate this into a proposal where our approach is central.
- Closing the Deal: You present our vision at C-level. You don't convince with a quick sales pitch, but with a substantively strong plan that adds value in the long term.
- Customer Success & Growth: After the launch of a platform, the real work begins. You keep your finger on the pulse and proactively advise on the next steps: from CRO tracks to SEO optimizations and advertising opportunities.
- New Business Development: You identify trends in the market and know which ambitious brands Groove Digital can make a difference for.
What we expect from you
At Groove Digital, we set the bar high. We are looking for someone who speaks the language of entrepreneurs and understands that a digital transformation is about more than just pixels.
- Always Now Mentality: Tomorrow does not exist. You are aware that the only time to act is now, and you are able to generate that urgency yourself to create maximum results.
- Experience: You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a commercial or account role at a digital agency. You know how project-based sales works.
- Strategic Mindset: You think in business cases. You immediately see where an upsell or cross-sell can actually help the client grow.
- Communication: You are verbally very strong in both Dutch and English. You present with flair and negotiate at a high level.
- Result-oriented: You see working with quarterly and annual targets (and the bonuses that come with them) as a challenge, not a burden.
- Tech Affinity: You have a strong basic knowledge of e-commerce (Shopify) and modern (no-code) web solutions (Webflow).
