About this project

Their website already worked. The brief was to make it work harder: better automation, more leads, stronger organic visibility, without touching the style. We rebuilt it on a faster foundation and connected the funnel end to end.

Client Introduction

Real Estate Masterclass helps people in the Netherlands create freedom and security by investing in property intelligently. They run two flagship one-to-one programmes, one for splitting properties into multiple units and one for buy-to-let, alongside a paid community with more than twenty online courses, live events, a podcast and an extensive free training funnel. Founded in 2020, they have trained over 2,000 students, and their coaching team collectively holds more than €100 million in real estate. They qualify hard: the buy-to-let programme requires €100,000 in savings or equity, the splitting programme €300,000.

The Challenge

This was not a rescue job, which made it a more interesting brief. The existing website performed perfectly well. The question was whether it could do considerably more without being visibly changed: better automation behind the forms, more leads out of the same traffic, and stronger organic visibility in Google, all while leaving the style intact. The underlying constraint was the platform. To work smarter with forms, connect tools properly and build out a genuine funnel, the site needed a faster and more future-proof foundation than the one it was sitting on. And with a qualification threshold of €100,000 minimum, every lead is high-value and slow-moving, so the follow-up sequence matters as much as the capture.

The Approach

We rebuilt the site on WordPress for the flexibility and scale a heavily integrated marketing site needs, keeping the existing style. The real work was in the connections: Zapier automations linking leads and customer data into the CMS and CRM, multiple fully mapped funnel trees, and dedicated landing pages built for specific ad campaigns. We rebuilt the flow from lead signup through to follow-up, so new signups are qualified and nurtured rather than sitting in an inbox. Alongside this we developed the SEO and email marketing strategy: older blog content recycled and expanded, pages broadened to capture more keywords, and a structured email approach that gets useful information into new signups in their first weeks. CRO runs continuously rather than as a one-off.

Results & Impact

Lead signups have grown month on month since the rebuild, with new campaigns, funnels and organic improvements compounding on each other. The automation layer means high-value leads are captured, qualified and followed up systematically rather than manually, and the site loads in 1.8 seconds. We continue to run CRO, SEO, email marketing and social consultancy on the account.
