In the heart of Amsterdam's famous De Pijp neighbourhood, Dame Aan De Kade opened its doors as a bar and restaurant that strikes the perfect balance between a relaxed neighbourhood haunt and a funky hotspot, built around curated draft beers, natural wines and an exciting, high-quality menu.
The Challenge
"The Dame" needed a digital presence that felt as warm, inviting and soulful as the physical space itself. The primary challenge was translating the relaxed, warm and funky energy of the Ruysdaelkade onto a digital screen - in a competitive area like De Pijp, potential guests decide where to spend their evening in a matter of seconds, so those seconds had to count.
The Approach
We adopted a mobile-first, experience-led strategy, treating the website as a digital extension of the restaurant's interior. A dynamic layout and a high-impact "Social Impression" section give visitors an immediate sense of the music, the people and the vibe, supported by a gallery capturing the rhythm of the space, from draft wines to late-night vinyl.

Rather than a static menu page, Dame Aan De Kade now has a living interface designed to convert casual scrollers into confirmed diners - giving first-time visitors the same feeling online that they'd get walking through the door.
