About this project
Winclove Wetenschap needed a full reinvention: a new identity, a new name (Winand) and a website from scratch, making complex microbiome science accessible to consumers and professionals alike. We built a flexible CMS the team manages itself, added a guiding audio "voice" and developed a custom course-registration flow.

Winand (formerly Winclove Wetenschap) is a knowledge platform that makes scientific information about the microbiome, probiotics and gut health accessible to both consumers and healthcare professionals.
The Challenge
For this project, the brand received a completely new identity and name, and the website needed to be built entirely from scratch. The challenge was structuring a large amount of scientific content so it stayed clear for very different audiences - consumers and healthcare professionals alike - while making complex information both accessible and trustworthy. Winand needed to act as a digital guide: without a face, yet still a trusted companion leading users through the information.
The Approach
We built the site from scratch on a flexible CMS that lets the Winand team manage content themselves without compromising structure, with articles, blogs and updates logically categorised for both audiences. Audio was integrated as the "voice" of Winand, giving the platform a personal, guiding presence. For course registrations, we built a requirements-based flow that's intuitive for both registrants and the Winand team, with conditional pages and fields the team can adjust themselves thanks to custom backend development - all wrapped in a responsive layout for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Results & Impact
The renewed digital experience makes complex scientific information easy to explore, increases user engagement, simplifies the course registration process, and positions Winand as a trusted source for microbiome science.
