Migration from WooCommerce to Shopify for Sneppies
Sneppies is a specialist swimming retailer serving everyone from casual lane swimmers to professional athletes. With a growing catalog and multiple sales channels, their WooCommerce store was becoming a bottleneck. We migrated Sneppies to Shopify before peak season, built a scalable product management setup, and made the store localisation-ready with smart sizing logic per country.
Migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify before peak season
Sneppies runs a physical swimming store in Abcoude and sells through marketplaces like Bol.com and Decathlon, but their webshop remains a core channel. Over time, the old setup started to slow them down: managing a large product range took ages, translating content took ages, and performance and maintenance became recurring problems. With January being a hot season in swimming, the goal was clear: go live before the new year.
