When Skira Arte's previous agency got stuck, their headless Webflow-Shopify setup was left with broken functionality and unstable integrations. We stepped in through GrooveCare to stabilise the whole Webflow, Shopyflow, Shopify and ERP ecosystem, then moved them into continuous biweekly development so the site accelerates growth instead of blocking it.
Client Introduction
Skira Arte is a contemporary art brand with a strong presence in the global market. Their website is the backbone of their e-commerce operations, connecting audiences to their collections worldwide. However, when their previous agency got stuck, progress stalled. The Webflow site, connected headlessly to Shopify via Shopyflow and linked to an external ERP, was left with unresolved design flaws, broken functionality and unstable integrations - a bottleneck that slowed Skira Arte's ability to scale and serve customers effectively.
The Challenge
The challenge was to resolve the outstanding design, functionality and API connection issues across the Webflow-Shopyflow-Shopify-ERP ecosystem, stabilise and optimise that ecosystem as a whole, and then provide the continuous development and support needed for growth to resume.
The Approach
We stepped in with our GrooveCare package - a structured approach to stabilising and continuously developing digital experiences. In the stabilisation phase, we took over the project and resolved every outstanding issue in the Webflow-Shopyflow-Shopify-ERP connection, fixing API conflicts, smoothing functionality and refining design inconsistencies. From there, our yearly GrooveCare package moved Skira Arte into continuous care: biweekly sessions to address new requests, optimise performance and implement ongoing improvements, so the website no longer slows progress but accelerates it.
Results & Impact
Today, Skira Arte runs on a solid digital infrastructure that grows with them: a fully stabilised Webflow-Shopyflow-Shopify-ERP ecosystem, resolved design inconsistencies, reliable API connections, and an ongoing rhythm of biweekly check-ins and improvements through GrooveCare. Instead of being slowed down by technical issues, Skira Arte can now focus on growth and creativity, confident that their digital backbone is reliable and future-proof.
