Skira Arte is a contemporary art brand with a strong presence in the global market. Their website is the backbone of their e-commerce operations, connecting audiences to their collections worldwide. However, when their previous agency got stuck, progress stalled. The Webflow site, connected headlessly to Shopify via Shopyflow and linked to an external ERP, was left with unresolved design flaws, broken functionalities and unstable integrations. This bottleneck slowed down Skira Arte’s ability to scale and serve customers effectively.
Stabilizing a Complex Digital Ecosystem
Skira Arte’s platform runs on Webflow with a headless e-commerce setup via Shopyflow, Shopify and an external ERP. When we took over the project, design flaws, broken functionalities and unstable API connections were slowing the business down. Through our GrooveCare package we resolved these issues, stabilized the entire ecosystem and ensured the website was once again reliable and scalable.
Continuous Development Through GrooveCare
After stabilization, we transitioned into ongoing development with our yearly GrooveCare package. With biweekly meetings, we continuously improve design, functionality and performance, ensuring Skira Arte’s platform grows in sync with their ambitions. Instead of being held back by technical roadblocks, Skira Arte now has a digital backbone that accelerates their growth.
